This guillotine is well made out of wood and metal. The only thing I wish is that it was bigger. For fun, I'd like to put a 20 foot high guillotine on a trailer and pull it around Wall Street, the corrupt Koch brothers events & around the main offices of all the large corporations in the US, all of which have predatory sociopaths 'leading' their soulless companies. All of the wealthy thugs I mentioned use their wealth and power to corrupt our government, pollute our air, land & water, steal from the true builders of the US and oppress people. The 99% built ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the United States. The 1% built NOTHING and the only reason they're wealthy is because they stole from the labors of the REAL WORKERS AND PRODUCERS, the 99%, the poor, the middle class and slaves. If you don't believe what I just wrote just look around you or look around when you're driving. EVERYTHING you see was built by the 99%. The 1% built nothing.Sadly, dimwitted conservatives listen to rightwing hate radio & Fox News, which inflame but do not inform. They use hatred, racism & rage to dupe the most ignorant people in the history of the world, like conservatives, libertarians and the dunces in the corporate ran tea party. All rightwingers worship corporations and the rich even though those same sociopaths' goal is to enslave them. Capitalism is the rightwingers' god they worship. Conservatives all claim to be Christians but they hate all of Jesus' teachings and they ignore all of Jesus' comments about the corrupt rich. They don't even know that the one time Jesus got extremely angry was against capitalistic sociopaths, the same kind of sick sociopaths that conservatives worship today.My recommendation is to buy this item because it is solidly made & uses quality materials. It's heavy for it's rather small size so you can tell it's not made with inferior products or plastic. And the blade on the guillotine works, but don't expect it to lop off any heads or even a cigar tip. The blade is not sharp (just like republicans ;).Peace & justice...
