The instructions for assembly seemed easy enough but it was too good to be true. Although there are 8 spots for the screw to go into the desk to connect the legs, the holes were not aligned with the slots on the legs.In addition to the misalignment, the holes where the screws go in are threaded with metal. The screw didn’t even go in all the way because there was metal inside the hole sticking out. I spent so long trying to either screw the screw in all the way or take it out but it was stuck.I called customer service for a replacement of the product but they would only allow a return and not an exchange. The box the desk comes in is heavy and they expected me to bring that back to the UPS store for their defective product! I was able to arrange a pickup after going back and forth with customer service but, even then, there was a miscommunication between Amazon and the UPS pickup driver because they didn’t send enough labels to them.Save yourself the headache and troubles. It’s not worth it.Do not recommend.
