Update 10/27/21: I managed to figure out why u couldn’t slide the quick release adapter out. Someone at the factory forgot to shave down a tiny 32nd of an inch portion of leftover plastic at the bottom from the molding process I assume when they made the bracket. It was preventing the quick release bracket from going all the way down and as a consequence made the metallic locking tab not have enough space to prevent it from having too much of a tight tolerance. After bypassing the metallic locking clip and forcing/lifting it with a tiny screw driver I managed to slide of the quick release out and then a quick sanding down of the plastic bit with a dremel tool I managed to solve the issue. I will raise my review 4 points from 3. I will also post back any updates if I have any other troubles as I use the arm.The quick release vesa adapter got stuck and I cannot slide it off from the arm. Also the first arm has a cut-out on the aluminum for hiding the cord but it makes the arm bend allot because they removed so much aluminum as you can see in the pictures. I also don’t like the press fitted swivel on the quick release adapter. It’s too stiff to turn and puts my monitor under stress when I try to level it. They should of designed it without using press for. Did I mention I cannot slide the quick release? I don’t know why they bother calling it quick release if it won’t come out at all. The metal part that holds the quick release is defective.
