I looked at what I could find in the post and on the company web page for how to install the lock into a pre-existing hole. No instructions on how the locking mechanism inserts into the lock. I accidentally lifted the lever to high and BAM!! I can not find anyway to reset the lock to try again. Now I guess I have to buy another one and try again? It's a great lock, but horrible customer instructions. No, I am obviously NOT a locksmith.
